What is Chapterhouse

OUR MISSION

Chapterhouse audits the facts. We separate signal from noise so leaders can act with confidence.

Our work is discreet, evidence-led, and built for action, not theatre.

OUR APPROACH

We deliver decision-grade intelligence and advisory across business, policy, security, and technology — so leaders move decisively, protect value, drive growth, and stay ahead of risk.

THE PROMISE

Boutique by design, we are more committed, more efficient, and more effective. Standard assignments in 8–10 business days. Complex engagements in 15–18 days — consistently 25–35% faster. Every client’s interests treated as our own.

No friction between the analyst and the answer. Leaders get direct access to both our in-house analysts and network of senior expertise, receiving credible and structured intelligence built to hold under pressure, not to fill a report.

THE MARK

The missing quadrant is the space Chapterhouse exists to close. Denoted by a Harvey ball at ~75% fill, our mark reads as ‘C’ — for Chapterhouse, and the five core values that define the firm.

The difference between what is known and what must still be uncovered approximates the 80/20 rule. The filled mass represents accumulated intelligence, rigour, and conviction. The aspiration is always to achieve 100% and beyond — complete clarity, complete confidence, complete consequence.
